Due to the nature of digital downloads, which cannot be recovered by the business once accessed, there is no reasonable expectation that a refund can be provided

Exception: Refunds may be provided if there is a technical issue with product delivery or if the product is not in a human-readable format

Technical issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase to hello@futureproofFC.com

We will first attempt to resolve technical issues before processing any refund
coaching services

Individual sessions: Non-refundable once session is completed

Multi-session packages: Refund available for unused sessions within first 30 days

After 30 days: No refunds, but unused sessions may be transferred to family member
workshops & programs

Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before start date

50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before start date

No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before start date
